Sticky date pudding

These are a tiny bit late, I was going to post it for all you loved up romantics for Valentines day, however once again time got away from me. I spent Valentines day with Miss Daisy on the beach of Brighton, at a youth festival. It was a lot of fun and we got to meet some great individuals. Coffee Pavlova

If you follow me on facebook you would know that a couple of weekends ago I went to Tasmania, what a beautiful part of the world it is. If you have never been I think you should stop what your doing and run and jump on a plane and head down there, or up depending on what part of the world you are in. The people there a so lovely the pace of life is slower and you will settle in like your home. I went there with a friend I have know since I was about 11, it doesn’t matter where we live or what part of the world we are in, when we get together its like we have never been a part, thats what you call a true friend. Years and time can pass and your friendship remains. I am very lucky as I have moved around a fair bit I have a number of these types of friends and I treasure there friendship and always will….

Ginger Loaf

Hello My dear loyal readers, sorry I have been so slack in posting anything, I hope you are still out there and haven’t lost interest in my little blog.

I thought it was about time I pulled my head out of the sand and put something up. So today I give you a ginger loaf, which is so comforting as winter has approached and you want something filling and satisfying. Its pouring with rain at the moment in Melbourne and doesn’t show any signs of stopping, good for the garden, but not good for the washing. The type of weather its best to stay in bed and keep the blankets firmly pulled over your head, which is exactly what I did….
