I have brought you some very yummy cookies today. If you remember back to late last year, I did a cooking demo on Vasili’s Garden, which you can find the link to here. Well at the same time I did that Paul, the editor of Vasili’s Garden to Kitchen Magazine, interviewed me for a piece in the magazine, under the title celebrity chef, how cool is that 🙂 (me a celebrity, lol) Well the magazine is now out and you can get your copy from the Garden centre in Coburg or from the website.
I was so excited to see I have a whole full page spread in the magazine, can you believe that, little old me!!! And check out that huge picture of my mug shot 🙂 I am so thankful to the team at Vasili’s for not only stocking my book but for going out of their way to help me promote my book and my blog. They’re all so awesome down there, I can’t thank them enough. If you are in the need for some beautiful plants for your garden or even just advice make sure you head down there and say hello, because they will help you out anyway they can, they’re all superstars.
Now these cookies………. They’re Paul’s the editors, Nana’s cookies. And there amazing!!!!! I changed the recipe up a little and added some wholemeal flour instead of plain flour as I was feeling a little bit healthy, yes only a little bit. But if you want his nanas tried and true recipe with a couple of tips, you’ll just have to get you hands on a copy of the magazine.
