Do you ever want to pick up your computer and throw it across the room? Sometimes I imagine myself in a crazy rage and can see myself hurling it at a wall, Bridget Jones style, crazy lady style. Lately the silly thing has been running so slowly and crashing every 30mins. Things that once took 10mins are taking two hours. Its like its taking to long to think, and it makes that sound, oh yeah I know you all know what I’m taking about, that churning sound, that tells you….. wait I’m thinking, if you move anything I’ll take longer…… So don’t touch. Naturally I have to touch, and thats normally the point when it freezers. Thats when I want to hurl it against something hard. But then sensible me comes out and I have to tell myself to, STEP AWAY FROM THE COMPUTER. Which is generally the time I head to the kitchen and and find something to pick at or make a cup of tea.
Today these were my picking food of choice, no not healthy but sooooo good, they seem to get better with time. They’re soft and peanut buttery which they should be seeming as they are loaded with peanut butter. They are also filled with huge chunks of dark chocolatey goodness. Are you heading to the kitchen yet to make your own batch? Well you should be. I think what would make them better is if you put them in the fridge before you baked them so they retain their shape more and stay a thicker cookie, rather than going splat, much like I imaged my computer screen earlier. Luckily these were in the house and a computer crisis was diverted……. The computer remains to live another day, hence why there is a new post.
